Appointments taking place before September 7th will be held at our 125 St George St W location All of Kristy’s sessions will move to 130 St. Patrick St. West as of September 7th.

CARLEIGH & SOPHIE

All sessions with Carleigh and Sophie will continue to take place at our original location at

Please double-check your therapist’s location before your appointment. Our two locations are only about one block apart, so we want to make sure you arrive at the correct office.

FOR NEW CLIENTS

Please book weekly or bi-weekly counselling sessions. Consistency helps create momentum within the therapeutic process and supports more positive outcomes. We recommend booking multiple future sessions to secure your preferred day and time.

If there are no current openings that work for you, or your next appointment is farther out than you’d like, please add your name to the waitlist.

Once you’re on the waitlist, you’ll be automatically notified if an opening becomes available within your preferred dates and times.
